By signing this application you are asking Elario Springers to put your name on our waiting list for an English Springer Spaniel puppy. Your application must be returned to us in order for your name to be added to our waiting list. A deposit of $500.00 made payable to VIRGINIA ASHE will be collected once your puppy has been born. The remaining balance is due when your puppy reaches 6 weeks of age. Should we be unable to provide you with a puppy within 9 months your deposit will be refunded in full. You further understand the Elario Springers works off a waiting list and that we will provide you a puppy in the order your application was received. You also understand that at the time of pick up or before shipping you must sign our Puppy Purchase Contract and agree to all the terms therein.
